Zinc supports immune function, hormone balance, and tissue repair. It’s vital for skin, hair, and nail health, and helps the body fight infections and heal efficiently.
Amino Acids
The building blocks of protein, amino acids are essential for muscle repair, growth, and recovery. They support strength, metabolism, and overall physical performance.
Lysine
Lysine supports muscle repair, collagen formation, and bone health. It also boosts immune function, helping the body fight infections and recover faster.
Selenium
A key antioxidant that protects cells from damage, supports thyroid and immune health, and assists in detoxification. Adequate selenium promotes resilience and healthy metabolism.
